Return Policy

Our Return Policy is simple; the safety of our customers comes first. We do not accept returns due to the intimate nature of the product.  Once a Zumio is purchased and delivered it is considered used and non-returnable and non-refundable. This is a policy that is consistent and standard within the personal products industry and is in place to protect all of our customers.

If we need to replace your Zumio we ask that you:

• Remove the rechargeable battery and dispose of it appropriate to your local hazardous waste procedures for a Nickel Metal Hydride battery which has been popular in portable products for 30 years
• Dispose of the plastic parts and packaging of Zumio in your regular recycling or waste depending on your local procedures
