Shipping Destinations

• United States: Free standard shipping is available on all orders, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories/islands.
• North America (Canada & Mexico): Orders are dispatched from the United Kingdowm
• International Orders: All international orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom.

Customs, Duties & VAT

For orders delivered within the EU, please note: Orders shipped from the UK may be subject to VAT, customs duties, and handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our checkout prices.

We are unable to predict or control these fees. For more information, please check with your local customs office.

Refusal to pay customs or VAT may result in your package being returned or abandoned. Refunds will not be issued in these cases.

Delivery Estimates

• U.S. orders: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Canada & Mexico: 7–14 business days after dispatch.
• International orders: 7–21 business days after dispatch (delivery times vary by destination and customs processing).

Lost or Delayed Packages

• Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are beyond our control.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other carriers.
• If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
